So the word is that actor Laurence Fishburne will be narrating a new documentary, that will showcase African American slave workers post-slavery. I believe that Fishburne has a great voice for conveying a message and a message with depth. The documentary is called "Slavery by Another Name."
"Based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning book by Douglas A. Blackmon and will debut Feb. 13, 2012, on public TV stations nationwide.“Slavery by Another Name” examines the labor practices and laws “that effectively created new forms of slavery” after emancipation, subjecting blacks to brutal forced work, according to the filmmakers. The 90-minute film, produced by a division of the PBS affiliate for Minneapolis-St. Paul, will air as part of PBS’ Black History Month programming."(http://www.eurweb.com/2011/10/fishburne-narrates-pbs-doc-%e2%80%98slavery-by-another-name%e2%80%99/)
