So the word is that the streets are about to get a little crazy after 12-thousand inmates are due to be released because of some kind of mix up within crack and cocaine drug laws. I am like this has to be a joke because that is too many people to be released. I am nervous to think about what is going to occur when these inmates are released.

"CNN reports that thousands of prison inmates convicted of crack cocaine charges will be released early due to sentencing changes easing the disparity between the penalties for possessing or distributing crack vs. powder.
Congress passed the Fair Sentencing Act in August 2010, changing the 100-to-1 disparity between minimum sentences for crack and powder cocaine to 18 to 1. The U.S. Sentencing Commission voted this summer to make the reduced crack penalties retroactive, which means more than 12,000 current inmates are eligible to request reduced  sentences."    So the word is that rapper turned writer Malice of the Neptune group "Clipse" in which consist of Malice and his brother Pusha T, but Malice has moved to writing and has a book called "Wretched, Pitiful, Poor, Blind and Naked." The rapper is now making plans to turn his book into a movie. I think it would be good to see what comes of the movie.
"Malice also talks about the success of his lil brother Pusha T, coming back together as a group, his solo project Here Ye Him as well as an update on the Clipse's clothing line Play Cloths.

So the word is that 92 year old commentator Andy Rooney who is best known for his time on "60 Minutes" has passed away. After working with CBS for 60 years, recognized as a legend Andy Rooney will always be remembered and his legacy of longevity will live on, So RIP Andy Rooney.

"Rooney had been hospitalized last month for “serious complications” following minor surgery. Details of Rooney’s condition had not been released.“60 Minutes” executive producer Jeff Fager released a statement saying, “It’s a sad day for everybody here at CBS News … it’s hard to imagine not having Andy around. He loved his life and he lived it on his own terms. We will miss him very much.”
Rooney last appeared on “60 Minutes” on October 2 — in which he marveled at the weight of his new laptop computer … saying, “It weights less than 3 pounds … I lose that much getting mad waiting to get on the plane through security at the airport.”

Kim: "I told you I was keeping the fucking dog!"

In case you were wondering how New Jersey Nets's Kris Humphries was doing after news of his impending divorce with spouse Kim Kardashian surfaced this week, it turns out that he's going to be alright.  Whew!  I was so worried.  Sources close to Kim and Kris reported to multiple papers today that the prenuptial agreement which Kris and Kim signed (obviously) prior to their wedding stipulated that Kris would "only" be entitled to the profits made from their wedding, that Kim would keep any money she made during their marriage, and that Kim would keep all of her assets in the event of a divorce.  But according to The Superficial, Kim and Kris were entitled to 30 percent of the net from commercial sales during their wedding specials (to say nothing of the money they made from selling themselves their story and pictures to tabloids), which is reportedly an enormous sum of money as the special is airing in more than fifty (count 'em: F-I-F-T-Y) countries worldwide.  In other words, even though Kim's ass cheeks are clinched tightly on her millions, Kris is still going to make out like a bandit just from the wedding special profits.  Not bad for a doofus.  Good job, Kris.  I guess it's a good thing that you never read the letter I wrote six months ago.  (via thesuperficial)

Lamar: "Dang!  I actually liked Kris.  He was a cool dude."

So the word is that Jennifer Lopez is going to play ACME detective best known in the 90's as Carmen Sandiego. I am excited to see "Jenny From The Block" play Ms. Sandiego because shes not a bad actress and her career is on the rise with her new job as one of the host of the hit show "American Idol."  I hope this movie does the show “Where In The World Is Carmen Sandiego?” justice.
"Lopez’s Nuyorican Production partners’ Benny Medina and Simon Fields are producers, along with Underground Films’ Nick Osbourne, Trevor Engelson and Devin Andre.Lopez, who took a three year break from films before making “The Back-Up Plan” last year, has recently been shooting “Parker” with Jason Statham, in which she also plays a criminal.
Describing Jennifer’s role, director Taylor Hackford said: “She plays a real estate agent who finds that a little larceny may in fact be in the cards for her.”The film sees Jason play a thief who lives by his own code of honor – including never taking money from those who need it – but will kill when necessary.Patti LuPone, Emma Booth, Michael Chiklis, Wendell Pierce and Clifton Collins Jr will also star in the movie"(http://www.eurweb.com/2011/11/j-lo-to-play-%e2%80%98carmen-sandiego%e2%80%99-in-film-adaptation/)
