So the word is that this year for the White House Corespondent Dinner in which is a night to relax and have fun and have some laughs at the expense of the president at that given time. Meaning that there will be a roast of the president. This year comedian Jimmy Kimmel will be going in on President Obama. I hope that his jokes do not focus on Obama's race. From the times that I have checked out Jimmy Kimmel's show, he seemed funny, so I am excited to see what he has to say about our president.
"The association’s 98th dinner is April 28, 2012.“Jimmy’s humor is sophisticated and edgy while appealing to a wide audience,” said Caren Bohan, a Reuters journalist and president of the White House Correspondents’ Association. “We are thrilled that Jimmy has accepted our invitation to be the featured comedian at our annual dinner.”
The host of Jimmy Kimmel Live! is the latest in a long line of comedians who get a chance to roast the president, the opposition party, and the media. The president also gets to do a comedy routine, getting back at his political and journalistic tormentors. The past two years, Obama has faced off with Jay Leno and Seth Meyers."(http://www.eurweb.com/2011/11/jimmy-kimmel-to-roast-obama-at-next-whca-dinner/)
