   So the word is after video model turned author Karrine Steffans better known as "Superhead" created this tell all book intitled "Confessions of a Video Vixen" that talked of her sexcapads with people in the entertainment field and in professional sports, she has come forward to tell everyone that she was lying.
   But in her words it was "Fabricated" this was a mess after she put all those people through all that and made it seem as if she was telling the truth is just wrong.  She needs to go more in detail and tell the whole truth rather than the small statement that was in the this video below.  SMH
