So the word is that 48 year old Joseph Hayes became extremely upset after his children did not receive any cake or ice cream at a birthday party, so because he was filled with anger he went home and got a hand gun and threaten the party thrower to "take care of his kids"
I am like is this dude serious? He wants to go to jail over some cake and ice cream? This man is really dumb and crazy, That would be embarrassing if your parent did that a party SMH... Watch out everyone this summer is going to bring out the crazy people so be careful.
