au natural. Kim's sisters Kourtney and Khloe asked and/or dared Kim to get her ass x-rayed, so that she could proof once and for all that she really didn't have any form of surgery to enlarge her famous asset.
Khloe is the one who tweeted the photo, she wrote "Hey dolls. The PROOF is in the X-ray. Kim's ass is 100% real!!!" Kim replied with "The things my sisters have me do! Proof baby!"
