Joris Mathijsen, who stars in the Dutch national football / soccer team, is set to marry his girlfriend Christel van Rijn this Saturday. Joris, 31, and Christel have been together for 11 years already and the couple has two sons together, Jens and Julian.

Joris, who plays for German league team HSV, and Christel will get married in Tilburg. The bride will wear a dress by Dutch designer Addy van den Krommenacker, who broke the news about the pending marriage over Twitter.
