Jennifer Thompson can't seem to catch a break. Two days after Wayne Rooney's favourite escort was hospitalised due to a Valium overdose, she had to be rescued from her home by the fire brigade.

Jenny, who had been released the day after she was admitted to the hospital, was asleep in her bedroom, when a window blind caught fire (it is thought that she left a candle burning before going to bed). Jenny, 22, was checked by paramedics, but was unhurt.

Jennifer Thompson, the 22-year old escort that Wayne Rooney frequently visited in 2010 when his wife was home pregnant with their son Kai, has been hospitalised after taking an overdose. The Sun reports that Friday night while Jenny was out with her friends drinking she suddenly disappeared and stopped picking up her phone. Her worried friends went to her house, where they kicked down the door and found her unconscious on the floor, after an apparent valium overdose. Jennifer has been taken to the Royal Bolton Hospital and reportedly is in a very bad condition.

Jenny was frequent tabloid fodder after it came out that Wayne Rooney had frequently hired her (1200 Pound a night) and had taken her out to casinos and nightclubs while his wife Coleen was pregnant with their son.
