Caro Emerald.

Yesterday evening, at Campuspop in Enschede (the Netherlands), Caro Emerald had her first live performance in a long time. Last January the singer needed to undergo vocal cord surgery, because doctors had found a polyp, and needed to rest her voice in order to ensure the cords healing properly.

Before the concert she tweeted "my very first live concert since the surgery, today", after her show her tweet read "Wow, Enschede! Thanks again. I'm still shaking, and my voice hung in there" and this morning she was still with her mind in Enschede, tweeting "Campuspop yesterday was awesome!".

The last weeks Caro was on German tv a couple of times to sing a song live, yesterday marked her return to the stage singing a full-on set.
