Nicolas Sarkozy and Carla Bruni haven't confirmed their pregnancy. However, this photo speaks louder than words. The couple is on holiday at Fort de Brégançon and on Sunday Carla showed off her growing baby bump in a bikini.

Carla is about 5 1/2 months pregnant. Her father-in-law Pal Sarkozy has said that "I'm certain it will be a girl, and beautiful like Carla." The 43-year old model and presidents wife is already mom to 10-year old son Aurélien. The French president is a father to Pierre, 26, Jean, 25, and Louis, 14.

4-month pregnant Carla Bruni stepped out in maternity wear to host today's 'wives of G8 summit meetings attendants' luncheon. The 43-year old former supermodel wore a white dress and black woollen coat, when posing for photos she made gestures towards her belly.
