    So the word is that Republican politician out of Louisiana John Labruzzo wants to resolve poverty. The way he feels that can happen is by creating a program that will have women that are not educated and live under the poverty line to receive $1000 to get their tubes tide, so that there wont be anymore babies born into the cycle of welfare, where the child will grow up and also be on welfare.
  
    I can not believe this dude even would think of something like this. A lot of people have associated this plan with racism, IDK who he is aiming towards but he's most defiantly not getting the African American vote. He shouldn't be allowed to even campaign.

   On the flip end Labruzzo is offering "tax incentives to women with higher incomes who are college educated to encourage them to have babies so we can have more smart, rich kids." (www.bossip.com)I am like wow. This dude is really on some other stuff.SMH
