President Obama & his wife Michelle honored the best in entertainment and arts. The honorees were Merle Haggard, Jerry Herman, Bill T. Jones, Paul McCartney and Oprah Winfrey. This all took place at this years 33rd Annual Kennedy Center Honors in Washington, D.C. I think that it is really good that the President is doing this.
It was said that these people are being honored due to their ability to bring people together which I feel is true. "You know Oprah can get anyone in a room with her." LOL And I also feel that the Obama's are doing things really well and Sarah Palin needs to stop hatin on them.
