Over the past few years there has been a lot of occasions where there is a customer that feels a mechanic did not do the work that they were supposed to do. Also there has been incidents where people take their cars into a shop and the car comes out worst than when it went in.
That is crazy to me. Some mechanics make problems on the car so the customer will keep coming back but dang that's just wrong. you're supposed to keep your customers by delivering quality work on their vehicles (DUHH) Cause I know I don't have time to be going back and forth between autoshops.
I really think that people should protect themselves from these faulty mechanics and always keep documentation from your transactions with these shops. Man that is so irritating that some mechanics are handling business like this. If you don't want to do the work don't accept the customer its that plain and simple and if you are a customer that feels you've been wronged file a civil suit.
