     So the word is that because of Arizona's lack of funds, the government has come up with the idea to charge people a $25 fee to visit their family members or friends in prison to raise money to help remodel the prisons and for the state. First who knows or is keeping record that the funds earned from the fees are actually utilized for the prison? 

    I can't believe that the state of Arizona would think this would work because I think this will just cause the prisoners not to have a lot of visitors,  in which will make their time worst. I wonder home much money will be earned from this fee? either way I want to see how long this plan last and see if it works.
