     So the word is that the streets are getting even more unsafe. Recently there was a shooting that took place in Brooklyn New York and in broad day light. That shows that criminals are less worried about the consequence of whats they do and makes people unpredictable of what crimes they will commit. SMH the world has to get better.

      "Tyquan Sewall, an 18-year-old from Brooklyn, New York is lucky to still be alive after an argument led to a gunman unloading a 32-caliber Smith & Wesson in front of a McDonald's restaurant in Flatbush where police surveillance cameras caught the footage. I have personally frequented this spot many times, and it was always heavily populated with students from the neighboring Brooklyn College and public schools in the area.
    This footage shows the attempted murderers passing the gun between them and setting up Sewall who must have been coming to the fast food restaurant ready for a fight.He got a surprise when the first shot grazed him and he fell into the street.
    The assailant tried to finish him off as Sewall rolled into oncoming traffic. He is now in Kings County hospital in critical condition. The gun was dropped off as the shooters made their way out of the other side of the Mickey D's.    People really need to start standing up for whats right and stop letting criminals walk the streets like everything is ok.

     So the word is that during rapper Waka Flocka's charity bowling event, things go a little haywire. It is said that Waka felt the need to protect himself from a hostile individual, So he fought the gentlemen in the mist of his own bowling charity event.
    SMH First its all bad that anyone would start anything at a charity event and then that a celebrity was involved fighting someone who is like Evelyn (Basketball Wives) would say is a non-Mofo factor. I feel bad that this happen during his event.

    So the word is that Kandi Burruss of Xscape and "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" will be recieving her own reality TV show that will showcases her talent for find talent and turning nothing into something. After she turned Kim's song into a hit after multiple people realized that Kim really couldn't sing made a lot of light bulbs go off in TV producers head in which lead Bravo to create Kandi's new show "The Kandi Factory" and congrats to Bravo because this may be a hit show.
   

      So the word is that recently there has been a lot going on with Transportation Security Administration (TSA). People have been going crazy over the new security precautions and then people have been trying to smuggling all types of things around the security in airports. Currently TSA has received a lot of complaints that the workers aren't doing their jobs and are wrong ,but I feel that in some cases that is true but not in all.

    "Just this past week in three separate incidents, our officers found the following prohibited items: (These are just a few of the many good catches from the past week) Orlando (MCO): A man attempted to bring a bag containing 3 pistols through the checkpoint. The bag contained a .25-caliber and .40-caliber semiautomatic and a .357-caliber revolver. Also in the bag were loose ammo and a loaded magazine. Orlando police arrested the passenger who was later released from the Orange County Jail on a $2,500.00 bond.

      Baltimore (BWI): Three throwing knives were found in a carry-on bag. There have been many “pointed” discussions about whether or not knives should be allowed on planes, but 3 throwing knives is a tad much… Police cited the passenger on a state charge. Atlanta (ATL): Inert grenades found in checked baggage.                                              Maybe it’s just me, but when I travel I am cautious about what I pack or what is in my luggage. That’s apparently not the case for a lot of people out there. The number one reason is “I forgot that was in my bag.”All of the items I mentioned above are common finds.         So the word is that 18 year old Keke Palmer will not only be known as an actress, she will no act as an activist for anti-bullying. I think that it is great that Keke is doing something positive because is one of the few young African-American talents and it is great when they are doing something positive in which gives youth someone to look up to and aspire to be.

          I am sorry to report that singer Vesta Williams pasted away at 53, to a unknown cause of death, but it has been reported that there were perscription bottles all around the room where she was found dead and an investigation has come up to figure out if this was a suicide or a accident. Either way she was talented and she has left the world, so RIP Vesta Williams.

    Then she moved into being a correspondent on BET where she hosted a show and appeared on multiple shows. Now she had her own show were she had the opportunity to meet fourteen men and find a man that was compatible with her. She was down to the finale two and they were business consultant/ model Jason Newsome and Frank who is an ex-football player/Popeye's franchise owner.

     From watching the beginning of the finale I thought that Toccara would pick Frank due to their romantic date where things almost got XXX and there conversations about their future and I also thought she would pick Cedric, but I was wrong Toccara picked Jason and that's all she wrote. I hope that everything works out and as fans of the show I hope we can get a update on their relationship and the other cast mates.

          So the word that Hollywood is making another remake and this time is going to "Scarface". This is movie is a classic that was remade and the second version with Al Pacino is well known and loved by the hip hop community and anyone that enjoys a come up. I don't know if this movie will have the same impact as the Al Pacino version ,but who knows this maybe something that people are looking to see.
