    So the word is that a lot of states are trying to create bills that eliminate sagging pants. I believe that sagging has been over done for some years but I don't believe that they should create a bill to restrict how  people dress. Also in Memphis they are saying that offenders will be fined $1000.

   I am like are they serious? Others are saying that these bills may be racial profiling.  I think that government officials are over doing them selves because I don't think that this problem should be blown out of proportion like this.

   I understand if this bill only pertaining to high school students and grades below. Also it shouldn't be serious unless it is over done, like your pants are way under your butt. Either way this is a mess.
